This site is dedicated to sharing of Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) test data and other relevant issues to motor carrier safety. Over the past sixteen years Mr. Stopper has conducted Commercial Vehicle Testing in his consulting and training activities. He has taught courses throughout the United States on the subject of CMV investigations and collision reconstruction. Prior to starting his consulting practice Mr. Stopper spent seventeen years in law enforcement which included CMV enforcement and training of CMV inspectors.
As a result of his tenure many tests and corresponding data have been accumulated. It is the intent of this website to periodically post this relevant test data and articles relating to the safety management controls and investigation and reconstruction of CMV collisions.
