Mr. Stopper has conducted Commercial Vehicle Testing in his consulting and training activities. He has taught courses throughout the United States on the subject of CMV investigations & collision reconstruction. Prior to starting his consulting practice he spent seventeen years in law enforcement which included CMV enforcement and training of CMV inspectors.
